  • Documents received at the closing when you purchased your home, including
    • Mortgage, mortgage note for ALL grants and loans on the property;
    • Good Faith Estimate or HUD-1 for all mortgages on your home;
    • Truth In Lending Disclosure for all mortgages on your home;
    • Deed;
  • Any letters from the mortgage company or its attorney, the courts or the sheriff;
  • Most recent mortgage statement.
  • Most recent pay stubs for all employment.
  • Last two months of all bank statements.
  • Most recent bills and statements for ALL recurring expenses.
  • Last yearís tax return and W-2ís.
